The cross beam (W axis), combined with hydraulic locking system, could be positioned according to work piece and job for higher flexibility in heavy machining. Moving cross beam ensures shortest extending length of spindle, thus boast accuracy and extend the lifetime of tooling.   Patented ATC design with Smartpost mechanism to change tool regardless of crossbeam position. Resulting in a faster T-T time and more job hour availability   Full-covered, octagonal slide ways provides extreme stiffness for heavy machining. Single piece die casting of gearbox and spindle provides rigidity unmatched by other machines in the same class
         
       
Caterpillar type steel rollers deployed on X and Y axis on top of HRC 60 steel alloys takes the game of rigidity to a whole new level.
The DK model is one of the very few double column machining centers to use this type of super heavy duty solutions.
